The course, offered by the Schwab Foundation and the World Economic Forum to Schwab community members as well as to the social entrepreneurs, and running from May 20 to May 27 2019, was attended by Fondation Orient-Occident Strategies and Development Director Rachid Badouli.
Over other 40 community members attended the Executive Education course, organized in partnership with the Motsepe Foundation. The course offered a rich and varied set of perspectives, prompts and provocations regarding the future of leaders and central figures’ work in different sectors: about how they should move from technical to adaptive work, recognizing different roles that they can play as either agitators, innovators or orchestrators (or some of each at different times), and about how to mobilize a larger collective and a sense of urgency through public narratives.
